Hounslow PCT
Greenbrook manages five NHS GP practices for NHS Hounslow with a combined patient base of c.20,000. The contract was subject to a fierce bidding process with local, national and international participants. Greenbrook beat 170 applications from 42 providers to win the contract. Since taking on these practices Greenbrook has made major improvements to the quality of care for patients as demonstrated by significantly higher “Quality of Outcomes Framework” (QOF) scores as well as delivering a full range of enhanced services. Greenbrook also delivers a number of community and enhanced care services for the PCT and for neighbouring GP practices.

Surrey PCT
Since July 2009 Greenbrook has run a GP-Led Health Centre seeing both walk-in patients and those registered with a GP. The service is open 8am to 10pm 365 days a year. Based at Ashford Hospital the walk-in service – which was previously an Accident & Emergency Department – see more than 40,000 patients a year.
Kensington & Chelsea PCT
In December 2011, Greenbrook opened an innovative GP practice within the Earl’s Court Health & Wellbeing Centre. The centre offers an integrated set of health and wellbeing services caring for patients in a holistic manner. The project is delivered in collaboration with Turning Point the leading social care charity, Terrence Higgins Trust, the sexual health charity and NHS Dentist a large local dental practice. Urgent Care Centres
Greenbrook is currently working on the mobilisation of Urgent Care Centres at the Northwick Park Hospital and at the West Middlesex Hospital. These projects are in collaboration with North West London Hospitals, Ealing ICO and Hounslow & Richmond Community Healthcare.
